My sessions with Louise at MSW in Coventry were fantastic. Louise was caring and empathetic, putting my wellbeing first whilst also drilling down to get to the crux of the issue to allow me to work past it. Louise was always available to support and has put me in a position where I feel in control of my life and my emotions in a way that never seemed possible before. I couldn’t recommend Louise and the rest of the team any more to anyone who needs support.

Putting myself first without guilt has been transformative, thanks to my counsellor, Nindie. I used to overthink and prioritise others, leading to burnout. Nindie helped me understand these patterns and set boundaries. I'm now more confident and empowered to prioritise self-care. If you struggle with similar issues, seek support and invest in yourself.

Nuha is incredible, she is empathetic and has extensive knowledge with working neurodivergent individuals. Highly recommended her.

Ames has been amazing this last couple of months helping through a very dark period in my life,Ames is an incredible human being,who listens and makes you feel safe and heard, which allowed me to open up from the very first 5 minutes.Ater my first session Ames sent me a report which was detailed and and gave me a plan that we could work on. After a few sessions Ames sent me some homework that I could use before my next session. To get the best experience i would recommend fully opening up because what you put in you definitely get back. Thankyou again Ames.

As someone who's never taken therapy before and believed I never needed it, this experience really changed me. I learned a lot about my self and Ames helped me through it, to see things that I may not have otherwise seen. She was empathetic, open, understanding, wise and a very good listener. I am incredibly grateful that I found her and I really don't think anybody else would have had the same effect.

Really enjoying our sessions with Suman, she has a very calming energy and asks the right questions to open up the necessary dialogue in couples therapy. The room that she uses feels like a sitting room, which really puts you at ease. I would highly recommend both Suman and the company.
