David was our fantastic wedding photographer for our winter wedding. In preparation for the day we met a couple times and discussed how we wanted everything to go. We also had a bit of practise in front of the camera. On the day David was good at being in the right place at the right time without being in the way or imposing. All the guests said how great he was. He managed to capture all the best moments of the day and he even stayed an extra hour to capture more of the Ceilidh which means we have some fantastic photos not just of us but also all our guests enjoying themselves. He was very quick at getting us a handful of photos, followed by a more extensive selection which were then followed (still in very good time) by all the photos David took. David took so many photos over the course of the day, the hardest thing is choosing our favourites! Would absolutely recommend booking with David for a stress free experience with a very experienced and chilled photographer.

We contracted David to take the pictures for our civil partnership, following a recommendation from a work colleagues and we couldn't have been happier. The whole process was simple and efficient. David is really friendly and helpful, without being full-on. He remained discreetly in the background, taking the pictures either suggesting pictures and poses or responding to our requests. We were extremely happy with the pictures when he sent them to us and there were loads we wanted to download for our album. His price was very good value, particularly when compared to other wedding photographers, who frequently charge astronomical prices. All in all, we were so happy, that we contracted David again to take pictures for our summer party, several months later, to celebrate our civil partnership, which had been a very small affair. In short I would recommend David without hesitation.

We have so many fantastic pictures of our wedding last month, all thanks to David and his skills behind the camera! He is a great 'people-person': listening to understand what you want, personable and engaging with you and your wedding guests, not shy to guide and direct people to where they should be for a picture, but always with a smile on his face, and - more importantly - making everyone else smile, too! Where he really excels is at capturing the little moments of joy and laughter during your wedding day. Our photos (and there are so many of them!) are a great memory of what this special day was like.

Highly recommend, a professional and friendly photographer. Has done 2 lots of children's passport images for ourselves now and did a bespoke package for our wedding. Takes the stress out of the photography element as you feel like his is completely in control of it all and has produced us amazing pictures we will treasure forever.
