With customer service being so dreadful in this sector, it is a joy to deal with a company that knows who we are, what we have and what we need. Being able to pick up the phone and get through to a familiar team is really valuable to us at Haine & Smith Opticians, as is collaborating and supporting a like-minded business in the local area. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Just wanted to give a massive shout out to all the Hive Communications team who helped us with digital transformation away from the nightmare that was Thunderbird to Microsoft 365 with Outlook, Planner, Teams and Shrepoint for collaboration.
