Such a lovely a welcoming vibe. Nero is my first dog to need grooming so I was inexperienced and unknowledgeable about what he needed. I placed my beloved Cockalier in their hands and was delighted by the result. He's very shaggy and fluffy footed. He's also a fairly nervous pup but they knew exactly how to deal with him. I loved the reminder I got too which prompted our second visit. So friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful groomers we have found! Delilah is a real little worrier and the team made me and her feel completely at ease straight away. Listened to exactly what I wanted and wow what a difference! Can't recommend them enough thank you.

Took my pup to Tender Touch Pet Salon, it's her first time and she came out clean, fresh, smelling great and a very happy girl! Staff were amazing and friendly too! Definitely go back, see you next time.

Divine Dogs came recommended and I’m delighted to have found them. Harley gets his spa treatment once a month and he always looks amazing. Great team, excellent service, so kind and gentle with Harley, who can be a little anxious. Highly recommend.

Very lovely team, they make Harrison feel at home every time he goes for a haircut. Michelle cuts him and does a lovely job leaving him fresh with a clean cut. They are very careful and attentive to him and now he walks in lead free happy and confident.

Many thanks to Michelle and her team for transforming our 2 dogs today, highly recommended.

GENTLE GROOMING REVIEWS

Best experience!!! Booked last minute to use their self service dog wash, super friendly and they took the time to show us how everything works/gave us tips on how to best wash our lab. Much easier than trying to wash him in the bath at home! When we were done they offered to quickly clip his claws. We struggle to get them done as our pup is very nervous about anyone touching his paws, but less than a minute later all four paws were done. Absolute stars!! So so pleased with our experience, would highly recommend :) see you again in a few weeks.

The staff at gentle grooming really do care. Bumbles (my very curly cockapoo) has been groomed with them a few times now, ranging from a bit of a trim right through to a full groom. Every single time they look after him and build his confidence with each groom. Today he had to go a bit shorter than usual, what with the hot weather and few matts developing on his paws. They did an amazing job, he's bright and fresh and so much more comfortable. I fully recommend them; they are brilliant.

Really great service. My dog is quite nervous, but we feel he is left in safe hands. Groom is always very smart.
