Michael serviced our boiler and did a perfect job. During the service he found a gas leak outside and immediately called the company that owned the pipe to ensure they arrived ASAP to fix the problem. He continued to monitor the situation after he left to ensure they arrived and rectified the issue. We really appreciate Michael's help with this unforeseen issue and would be happy to use him again in the future.

Great experience with Michael, I had a new boiler fitted and put in a different room, a radiator moved and some work to my shower. All was conducted efficiently and tidily, and Michael was lovely and had some great tips for me as a new homeowner. I'm extremely grateful, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

Michael is very helpful and polite. Thank you so much for helping us changing the boiler and make sure everything is sorted and worked before he left.

Great fast service and excellent quality workmanship. Needed someone at pretty short notice to detect and stop a leakage from kitchen ceiling and possibly rectify as soon as possible. Ste not only showed up on time, fix the issue, and returned when called upon again regarding a new issue that arose. In addition to that, he also chased up a tiler and plaster guy for us in making sure all jobs are completed. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent and fast service. Easy explanation of what needed to be done and why. Needed a new shower after the old one started leaking through the ceiling. The new shower is significantly better than the old just by virtue of being done by such a good professional.

Great service. Stephen came prepared with required parts which was much appreciated. Fixed the issue efficiently with zero issues when there was an unexpected challenge. Happy and would recommend.

I had a nightmare situation with my kitchen design from Wren, as they hadn’t taken the water and gas pipes into account. I contacted Now Plumbing, explained the problem, and sent over some photos. They promptly provided me with a quote via WhatsApp, which was so convenient.

Jake came out to swap a boiler for me came when I asked him too no problems, reliable, efficient, affordable highly recommend.
