I have just had a large front window replaced for a bay window by the Discount window centre and was given excellent service. As a cabinet maker with 45 years of experience and have made many windows from wood, I know a good job when I see one. As I was at work, my older brother was there to let the fitters in, John and Chris Sage and they did a great job. When I arrived home from work at 5 pm everything was finished, I had redecorated the room beforehand as I had read the reviews and it was true that no mess is left and there was hardly anything for me to do, it took me a few minutes to put a touch of paint on a few bits of white filler. I checked the 4 sash windows in the bay and they all worked superbly, the window was made to a high standard and fitted to a high standard. I would definitely recommend this company and use it. - David Robinson

Would 100% recommend. Excellent price, friendly staff on the phone and really quick to respond to emails. Had a bay window, French doors and front door replaced. Tony and Trevor were so friendly and did an amazing job with the fitting. This included fitting a cat flap into the French doors, which they sorted with no issues. They also ensured to keep the original features around the front door, which I think looks lovely. They tidied up all their mess and stayed until they were happy everything was how it should be. All in all, a brilliant experience. Thank you.

We bought a composite front door from The Discount Window Centre as we had a good service from this company previously with replacement windows.The door fitter Jeff is very experienced and did a first class professional job. Just had pretty much full house of windows and doors replaced. Mersey Windows were brilliant from the 1st phone call to the installation and getting the rubbish removed. The fitters worked so hard and the quality and finish on the doors and windows are outstanding. Everything looks so neat and the job couldn't have gone any better. We shopped around a bit and got a few quotes but couldn't settle on anyone before coming across Mersey Windows. The price was good and and the customer service from this company is outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone. I often wonder if reviews like this are genuine but this is a 100% genuine customer review.

I want to thank Michael and Joe for the excellent service they have done installing my windows. They are very hard workers and very polite and friendly. I was very impressed how tidy they left my house. I will definitely be using them again in the future. I am very pleased with all my windows and would highly recommend their services.

Had triple glazing installed by Mersey windows, everything was easy to order online, good price and we visited showroom. Windows are now installed and an excellent job done by insterlation team, very clean and tidy. Glad we choose this company.

Had a new front door and two bathroom windows replaced by The Honest Fitter. I found them easy to contact via the options of phone, WhatsApp or email. There was a delay with the door from the supplier but rather than delay the whole job they made sure my windows went in prior to having my bathroom fitter start. The fitters were punctual and rapid and the job was done to a high standard and they were clean and tidy. More than happy with the result. The door looks superb. Unlikely to look elsewhere when it comes round to replacing further windows.

Wow! What can I say about The Honest Fitter! They were amazing from start to finish helping to bring my vision to life. Danielle always so patient and helpful when I kept changing my mind about quotes and configuration of windows and door. It felt like such a big decision but nothing was too much trouble for any of the team. The fitting was exceptional, fast, clean and neat. Lee and the lads did the work like it was their own home, even coming back to neaten some edges afterwards. Absolutely made up and would 100%recommend them to anyone. People have been stopping in the street to admire their work. Thanks so much.

Had front porch replaced in white with a new anthracite grey door fitted. Gives the front a more modern look. Job done on time, cleaned up afterwards, slight issue but was dealt with and rectified quickly. Overall really happy with the job.
