Really pleased with the service provided by Avery & Co from the initial contact with Maureen who was very helpful and friendly in all communications, Louise was also excellent and very professional in the conversations we had. The report itself from surveyor David Woodward was very thorough and detailed, David was extremely helpful and personable he called me prior to the survey to introduce himself followed by a call immediately after the survey to share his findings and explained his observations in great detail, David was then available for any questions regarding any concerns raised in his report which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend David and Avery & Co for anyone requiring a survey report and would definitely use them again in the future.

From very first contact Avery + Co were excellent. I was contacted almost immediately after I sent my enquiry despite it being after normal working hours. Louise took time to talk me through all the options with clarity and honesty. My Survey Report was excellent with just the right level of detail for my purpose. The Surveyor, Andrew contacted me before and after he visited the property to talk me through his observations in advance of the formal report. His eye for detail was fantastic and he noted issues I had not noticed for myself. The Administration team were efficient at every contact. I would not hesitate to recommend.
