We contacted leak proof roofing after my elderly parents had being scammed out of 5k plus from a rogue trader on a quote comparison site. Kayleigh and Ryan were sympathetic and helpful, we felt confident they were able to put right the bodge disaster that had been left from the previous scam artist. They absolutely did, they provided transparent quotes and offered answers to all questions asked. They understood the need to communicate with us clearly and promptly. They had scaffold erected and the team attended to carry outvthe works as soon as weather permitted. They have installed a 2 layer felt roof with a 10 year warranty. Had some very heavy rain recently and true to their name this is leak proof. Thanks to the team for everything, would recommend to others.

Very good! Visited and provided a quote within one day of request - then carried out the job the next day, due to the urgent nature of the problem. Ryan was very pleasant and helpful. Will use again / would recommend.

Just had Rob round to check on a noise we had when there was string winds. He checked everything thoroughly and found it was a loose redundant cable which he removed. Great customer service, very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Great service. Came to assess the roof and told us what they would install. Would use in the future once saved up sufficient funds for the next job.

Excellent experience in repairing my elderly Mum's roofing. John was very accommodating in scheduling the work in difficult circumstances. Work was done promptly and end result was very neat and thorough. Scaffolding also well organised both for erection and removal. All in all a very professional and stress free experience.

Would really recommend this company, so easy to communicate with. Experts and professional they sorted our leak clearly explaining what the problem was with photos. They completed the work to a high standard and were always friendly and helpful. This is the second time I've used the company and if we need anything else we will continue to use them!

I had a great experience with childwall roofing . I had a leak coming from the roof and I called them and they came out within 24hrs. All workmen were professional and nothing was too much trouble . The leak got fixed and the price was reasonable. Would highly recommend. I was also given a full guarantee for the work carried out.
