We have had some substantial work done by BGM in the last 18-20 months after moving house, including a boiler replacement and change to an unvented system. The whole team are great; always very polite and professional and the work has always been done to a very high standard. Recently after some work they completed seemed to cause an issue and trip the electrics, the problem was raised with Barry, who dealt with things very quickly. It was not fully clear that the fault was actually introduced by any of the work BGM had done but either way, the issue was fixed for free and the whole situation was dealt with very, very well. I would recommend BGM very highly.

I needed a hot water cylinder replaced and engaged BGM Heating and Plumbing to carry out the work. The cost was competitive. From the first point of contact through to Invoice was perfect and could not be faulted. Ollie, the engineer arrived punctually on the arranged date and the first thing he did was put down dust sheets every where. He was friendly, courteous and explained each part of the procedure. The new cylinder was installed and everything thoroughly checked. Ollie then tidied up and even hoovered down the stairs and hallway. One wouldn't have known he had been here. He surely is a credit to the company. I would surely recommend this company.

Engineer was punctual, pleasant, communicative and clearly very knowledgeable. Fixed our boiler problem promptly and effectively. Also,booking the attendance appointment on line was so easy. Very pleased. Definitely recommend.

My family and I recently moved to a property in Compton and since moving have had ongoing problems with the boiler, along with a whole bunch of other problems including very poor hot water pressure.
