Overall, I can honestly say that this has been the least stressful renovation project I have undertaken, thanks to Colin and his team. The disruption to our household was kept to a minimum. I was thankful that I was always informed on all health and safety matters while the old asbestos roof was removed. I chose to have a felt roof reinstated in my garage, and it looks great. I'm so pleased. I would happily recommend Newbury Roofing to anybody wanting building and roofing work done on their home.

The workmen arrived at the agreed time and after inspecting the roof, they asked what the issue was, we suspected our leak was due to a broken tile however they believed it was the lead, they replaced both in a jiffy! We have used Tombs Leadwork and Roofing twice. Excellent communication. All works completed in a very professional manner by Jake, his dad and Co workers. We would definitely recommend .

The TLR team were superb. We had a long standing leak around on a 60 year old chimney & roof interface that had led to a rotten timber in the loft space. TLR excised the rotten wood and replaced it (with surgical precision), replaced all the flashing and re-pointed the chimney and re-cemented all the ridge tiles to create a leak-tight interface (since tested with a downpour!). They did this all within 7 hours, way less than other firms were quoting and without some of the other 'issues' that they seemed to identify too.

Jake arrived on time and immediately set about repairing the roof. He is an excellent communicator and gave a competitive quote. They were tidy,, friendly and knowledgeable. If necessary I would not hesitate to use his company again and definately recommend Tombs Leadwork & Roofing to others.
