Had a new composit front door and glass panel fitted. Cannot fault the service at all, very efficient (had consultation same day as my initial enquiry) , reasonable price, professional fitters, no aggressive sales practices. Really pleased with the result, it looks amazing, there was a lot of different styles to choose from. I'm certain we will use Castle Windows again for our next project.

James, our fitter arrived on time, shook my hand & introduced himself. Great start. He worked continuously all through the morning, did an amazing job for us & we are thrilled with our new door. Good value, good product and excellent service. We had a small issue with the installation process but Brand Windows went above and beyond to resolve the issue. On this basis alone I am more than happy to recommend them. A pleasure to deal with them.

The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, the prices are fair and the product is excellent. A really flawless service! We have had our composite door and french doors for over a year now and experienced no issues, all we've had is a huge amount of compliments!

Very pleased. On time, indeed earky, a careful installation of two new window glass units, including a difficult high-level one which had been broken by a flying stone. Hadn't realised what a difference it makes. Also highlighted the shortcuts taken by our original installer. All in all, an excellent service and highly recommended

Excellent secondary glazing fitting in uneven setting dealt with skillfully with no fuss and the team are a pleasure to deal with. Many examples in the village of tasteful replacement windows in many cases beyter looking than originals.
