Had an annoying leak under the sink that kept coming and going that needed fixing. Also wanted sink removing then reattaching and sealed properly as original fitter hadn't done this well. Gary agreed to come the day I contacted him on Messenger as he was in the area. He did exactly what I'd requested plus some other jobs he suggested. We'd always had a problem with the stop tap, as did Gary, so he fitted a lever which we can now use with ease. He also replaced the outside tap while the water was off as it needed doing. Gary also also suggested (and supplied for no charge) fitting valves between the tap and water supply so if we want to change the tap it will be easier. He was on holiday the following week so despite it being a Friday night he stayed late to finish the job.

Called on a bank holiday to look into a leak and what could have been a very hard and complicated job it got sorted by cutting a hole in downstairs kitchen. The leak on one of the waste pipe from toilet was resealed and the leak is gone. I didn't got charge a huge amount since it was a bank holiday and Gary arrived in 10m. I could not get more satisfied with the job! After bad experiences with plumbers it was a relief to find someone competent, friendly, honest and super professional !

We were in need of a new boiler after a previous botched service. So my trust in heating engineers was minimal. Upon meeting Gary he set me at ease instantly. He was on time, professional from the outset and happy to explain all works being completed. The work done was to a very high standard and he was both clean in his workspace and courteous. We needed an extra price of paperwork from which Gary happily completed. He could not go far enough. If you want an honest , professionally competent heating engineer I would recommend without hesitation. He will be conducting any future works on other properties I own.
