Brilliant service. Martin & Co managed my rental property since 2015 when I moved abroad and they were excellent, always responding promptly and taking care of issues. I decided to sell the house and as I had such a great experience with the property management department I decided to use them for the sale. Paul was great from the get go, extremely helpful and his communication first rate. It took all the worry out of sale, especially as I'm not in the UK. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Bartons have been amazing my contact was Laura who went above and beyond to communicate with buyer and their solicitor. The whole process of selling my house took less than 8 weeks. I never had to chase anything, I was kept informed. Laura even told me about her holidays. Even though my contact was Laura the whole team's contributions really helped such as valuation, viewings and any general questions I had. The 'sale board' was even picked up when no longer required, again this was a weight off my mind because I didn't want any attention bringing to an empty house.
