George carried out a damp and timber report for us on the property we are hoping to buy and gave us an excellent service. Firstly, his pricing was very competitive. Secondly, he was able to conduct the survey much quicker than other surveyors we contacted. Thirdly, he delivered the full report by the end of the day the same day he did the survey!

George provided a great survey. Plenty of information with pictures. We booked a time and he rang 30 mins before to say he was on the way. Very prompt and professional. Would definitely use again for any further surveys. The report came back on same day as the survey! Thanks George!!
