First class from start to finish! The property listing was excellent, a buyer quickly found and I was kept fully up-to-date throughout through what turned out to be a complex sale. Many thanks to Carly and her team.

Dawn, Kelly and Harriet were great at facilitating our rental agreement. They went over and beyond to ensure it was all sorted in time for our required date, despite the short turnaround time.

My experience with Belvoir has been once again very positive. I chose to go through their Sheffield office to market my property and follow its sale. Not only Carly Holmes was responsive and available, but she managed to guide me through a thorny sale process and find a great buyer who best suited my requirements. All in all their service has always been professional and every interaction was pleasant even during stressful moments, 10/10 would recommend.

I dealt with someone at the branch called Josh Womack. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole experience. Unfortunately, the property I looked at didn’t suit what I’m looking for, however that is through no fault of Josh. He was extremely polite, friendly and easy to talk to and if/when I look for another property, I will be requesting him.

Many thanks to Bradley Sanders for showing us round the beautiful home and helping to secure the accommodation. Glad to be renting with Haybrook lettings.

Blunells were great at sorting out a tenancy agreement and making sure we were able to move into our property as soon as possible! Annie was really helpful in explaining all the steps and information we needed in order for us to sign our tenancy.

Our experience with Blundells Banner Cross Office has been a pleasure! All the staff have been very professional throughout in particular Sam who arranged viewings for the property that we were interested even going above and beyond to arrange a viewing on his way home from work! I’m happy to say that we secured the property and again Kay has kept us fully informed with the process moving hopefully to a satisfactory conclusion in the next few weeks.

Everyone has been so friendly and efficient, especially Cherry and Chelsea, (Hillsborough location) as they were the ones who helped us out with the renting process. Cherry was the one who conducted the house viewing, she was so nice and a process that can sometimes be quite awkward, she made us feel really comfortable and was so outgoing too, and was ready to answer every question we had! Chelsea was also the one dealing with documentation making the process easy and quick.
