I finally took the plunge to get a log burner installed in my house, and I'm so pleased that I chose Harry to do the job. He had a great attitude from the moment I got in touch, and was incredibly helpful with all the choices that needed to be made regarding the stove selection and installation, and took the time to understand what I wanted. He was very patient with me considering I was very unsure about whether I could realistically afford to go ahead, but his competitive pricing made it feel like a worthwhile investment. He was incredibly diligent in carrying out the work, and was able to fit around my complicated shift patterns. Thanks so much again Harry – I really appreciated everything you did for me, and would recommend you to anyone.

Had our chimney swept by two lovely gentlemen today. Not only did they do a wonderful job... They left the stove MUCH cleaner than when they arrived and they set a fire going for me. Really well priced. The man was also so friendly with our baby (gave him a lucky coin). The epitome of what quality customer service is. Will definitely recommend.

Had 2 chimneys lined, 2 chimneys swept, a new woodburner fitted. Friendly, efficient, brilliant service, all explained, goes above and beyond to provide great service and wonderful expertise. Stays with the job. Was very pleased and grateful for his exemplary , professional and friendly expertise.

Im renovating my house and plan to have a stove once i get to it. Had my chimney swept today by terry which was great, he was super helpful on giving me advice on what i needed do to and the best ways for me to get my chimney, hearth and stove to how i envision it to be when finished. highly recommend and i will be booking him again for the installation in a few months.

Just the best. Experts, professional, friendly, clearly care about doing a decent job and respect your home taking shoes off etc. The website’s good and booking is easy with reminders and even have electronic payment . I usually dislike having contractors in because they’re often none of the above and can be late/not turn up - Periwood were all of it AND prompt! I find booking Periwood sweeps stress-free because I feel I can trust they’re good people doing a good job, who will turn up when they say.

Amazing job again! We’ve used Stefano for a few years and he does an amazing job. Very thorough and leaves the house clean and tidy, no mess at all. Our log burner always looks as good as new when he’s been. Gives lots of information about the chimney and if anything needs doing. HETAS certified and leaves a certificate of cleaning. Would recommend him to anyone who needs a chimney sweep. Thankyou Stefano! See you again next year.

Fantastic service! Very easy booking system, Stefano goes above and beyond always on time and extratemy neat and tidy. My log burner looks brand new, I wouldn't use anyone else for the service. All HETAS paperwork provided we will see you next year.
