Very professional from the start. Good communication and report level 3 very thorough with pictures, findings and recommendation of the entire property. We have asked to specifically inspect some features and this was done. The price is competitive as well. We have recently used another and more expensive company for a move that didn't happen and they basically could not report on anything on a level 2 inspection, which made us wondered if these survey were worth anything. Alcott turned it around and did a great job. We are now confident about our purchase.
