Great service from Craig at Correct Choice. His straight forward business approach is great, he gives his very professional opinion but still allows you to have the final say. Emma was also very helpful, friendly and polite. My only criticism is the electrical sub-contractor seemed a bit of an afterthought. It was like we'd not been prioritised, not arriving on site until the evenings and then not being prepared fully, (had issues clipping cables into the wall, causing the cable straps to be flush with the plaster level due to the brick wall being too hard to clip into). The work carried out by the Correct Choice lads was spot on, very efficient, the roof was up and water tight after day 1, couldn't fault them. It was exactly what we were after and now have a great space we can use all year round.

We got a few quotes from various companies to convert our conservatory roof and change the front of it. Craig made the whole process easy as he offered great honest advice with various recommendations but also listened to our ideas (I had many!) and between him and Mark came up with a plan on how to execute them. Mark and Jack were a pleasure to have around the place and are experts at their craft. The whole rebuild only took 2 weeks and they had to contend with the British weather throughout. Attached you can see some finished photos, and also what it looked like originally. Just like many other reviewers, we'd happily recommend Correct Choice. Thanks to all involved for making this such a smooth process.

Incredible experience throughout the whole process from the team at correct choice. No pushy selling or up selling. The prices are reasonable, not the cheapest but the service sold the product for me. All windows and doors look excellent on completion and the installation team left little to no mess at all. Would highly recommend them to anybody.

The whole process from initial contact to the finished product has been fantastic. Paul was ever so helpful, knowledgeable and answered our questions and queries promptly. Installation went smoothly and quick and with minimal mess (the guys did a fantastic job!) The finished products look great and more importantly does the job. We have already recommended Global Windows to a friend and wouldn't hesitate recommending them again. Many thanks to the whole team for a fantastic job.

Ten years ago Global built a LivinRoof Conservatory for us and replaced most of our external doors and windows. They are still in excellent condition and as we are approaching the 10 year warranty, one of their engineers has done a round of adjusting any loose fitting doors and handles. I recently had a traditional sash window fitted by SWC. They were highly competitive on price. And, I wanted to support a Sheffield company. I'm so pleased with the window. I needed something to look as traditional as possible as this property is in a conservation area. It's stunning. Can't tell the difference between a wooden sash and this. Well worth the extra that I had to spend to get something so lovely. I need more windows replacing over time. Would not consider going anywhere else. From quote through to completion, I can only praise the company.

Andy the surveyor was courteous & very efficient, happy to discuss & answer questions. Jack & Ian were our fitters, an absolute credit to the company, efficient, polite & craftsmen of their trade. They left each room clean & tidy & even put back blinds & curtain poles. We were left with beautiful quality bay windows, no mess & no need for any re decorating, inside or out. The scaffolding was also removed on the final day, leaving everything just perfect. We’re so happy, we’ve already decided to have some more windows replaced. Thank you so much to the whole team
