We decided to go here for our 23rd anniversary, we had not been here before and had heard mixed reviews. The atmosphere was very friendly and uplifting, the staff were very friendly and professional. I had the mixed grill as I saw it actually had a lamb chop included, most places give you chicken instead and for the first time that I can remember the steak was medium-rare as requested and not medium to well done that I have had elsewhere. Will definitely be revisiting here again.

A very nice roast Sunday lunch was had here along with the pleasant and efficient staff members. Polite but always friendly Only disappointment was the added peas instead of greens or broccoli and neither of us were keen on the braised red cabbage.

Really good service; we decided to move from outside to inside and the lady working carried our starters in and found us a table indoors. Food very good too.

What a lovely, homely place. I'd definitely recommend the White Horse for a perfect family or group outing. The service is exceptional. I was especially pleased that Tash, our server, ensured all our orders were correct to the letter and maintained a warm and charming attitude throughout. She made my nieces feel exceedingly happy, making it a perfect evening out. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Loved the service from Gemma she was so kind and handled an extremely busy night perfectly while still chatting to us all. She made our day with her kindness. Food was incredible and came out so quickly. Loved the chicken burger.

We were looking for a good Restaurant while on holiday in Kent and we found it. So much, so we went back twice and enjoyed the food and ambiance. The staff was really friendly, especially our lovely waitress Loanne who was a breath of sunshine with her amazing smile and her constant care in make sure we were happy with our meal. The fish dishes were excellent which I eat. I met the chief and I complemented him on his marvellous cuisine. The fish was excellently cooked not dry. but mouth watering soft. My husband had their home made beef pie the first time and the second time the steak all excellent. If we are back in Kent we will certainly be back again.

Absolutely loved it here. The food was absolutely amazing and a good sized portion. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere was good, not too loud and cosy. I will definitely be returning.

The staff are so lovely & helpful. We have a dairy allergy & they made us a special salad. Thank you so much & we will definitely come again.

We booked our staff teams Christmas lunch here and we were so impressed with the ease of booking, the food and service. We will definitely book again next year. Thank you.
