Absolutely delicious! Top service, great value and huge portions. We had a large chicken kebab with pitta, salad, rice and sauce, additional lamb doner meat and a portion of chips. Lovely crispy chips, even after a car journey home, the most tasty, tender meat and the rice was exceptional. First time tonight but won’t be the last. Thank you.

Absolutely perfect! The food is amazing and so are the staff! A mistake was made on my order and I decided to stick with what was made, the owner was very nice said he would make new, I decided no I'm happy to eat what I've got, 5 minutes later while enjoying this fantastic food inside my van, he came to the window with freshly cooked lamb shish free of charge! I honestly was happy with what I already had, my partner doesn't like lamb but even she enjoyed it, first time in 8 years of me trying to get her to try it and she's usually grossed out Seal of approval.

You can always ask how do you want them to prepare your kebab. It takes around 15 mins for the order and everything served well. Fresh salad, good food, totally a fan.

I saw this lovely turkish restaurant on Google and decided to visit. The staff were really friendly and pleasant. The place looked really lovely and well kept. The menu had lots of variety. When the food finally started coming, it was really well presented. The food was really nice. I was really impressed. From the starters to the main dish. The ribs were well cooked and very jucy. Although they did not serve any alcoholic drinks, I was able to get one just close by and brought it into the restaurant. They have a wide variety of non-alcoholic drinks.

We were coming back from Ashford designer outlet to london and on our way back we found this restaurant perfectly placed in maidstone and offering 50% discount through Group-on with solid rating. We called for halal confirmation which they did. Parking just got free at 6:30 pm on side street and we luckily arrived at 6:40 pm.

Lovely authentic Turkish restaurant - take away, this place is not luxury but the food is good. I was delighted with the menu, the service was nice and polite, the bread was delicious, they even do authentic Turkish coffee….. you can pay with card or cash.

We visited Kaniklar yesterday for lunch and were absolutely delighted with the experience. I ordered the chicken kebab, and it was truly amazing—perfectly juicy and packed with flavor. The dish came with a generous portion of fresh salad, drizzled with a tasty dressing, and a side of fragrant rice. The portion size was massive—it was almost a challenge to finish it all! To top it off, we were served a complimentary basket of warm, freshly baked bread, which was the perfect cherry on top. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic and satisfying Turkish food!

I’ve been to the Kaniklar Restaurant several times now. The food and service are both first class. Atmosphere is relaxed and the restaurant has become a regular haunt and firm favourite of mine. First class.

Great place to eat. The food delious great value for money, not your typical greesey kebab. Beautifully cooked with salad, rice, couscous and bread.
