Really enjoyed our Sunday lunch here. For starters, we had the mozzarella sticks and the ham hock & chicken terrine, both were very tasty. Then for mains we had the pork roast and the fish and chips, both dishes were flavourful and had a generous portion size. For dessert, we really enjoyed the sticky toffee pudding and the apple & blackberry crumble. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this pub to couples, families and dog owners.

The service was wonderful. The whole staff especially the manager Tom was so attentive and accommodating. The food was excellent! I had slow braised pork, and it was cooked perfectly. Dessert was also delicious and the cappuccino is one of the best I’ve had lately. Overall, this was an incredible dining experience. Highly recommended. Would definitely visit again.

Very good lunch on Sunday, great food, amazing value (certainly something to note, as this is becoming rare!). Service/kitchen is struggling a bit, so expect some extended wait time on occasion, but the staff is very pleasant and the atmosphere charming, so it didn’t bother us much. We will return again, their menu was really interesting, we have a lot more to try.

Went here a few days ago to try the carvery as I've heard it's really good. It was quiet when I went and u was met at the door by a lovely member of staff who told me to take any table without a reserved sign and order on their app or at the bar when I was ready. I wasn't too sure on the different sizes of the carvery plates so I asked the staff and decided to have the regular. It was delicious. On my visit I also looked over the menu other than the carvery amd compared to other pubs I've been to it's quite extensive. The drinks menu is only available when scanning the qr code or speaking to a member of staff, but it is a large variety so they're most likely to have what you are looking for. Highly recommend!!!

Delicious food, came quickly and carvery is recommended includes as much vegetables as you’d like! Great environment and nice and cosy vibe. Desserts were warm and delicious too would recommend the jam sponge with custard. See you again soon.

First trip to the Spindle and Thread and it lived up to all that I had heard. Friendly welcome and service, no issues with multiple food allergies, food arrived promptly and was beautifully cooked and hot. The ribs just fell apart. Plenty of room between tables. Highly recommend after this visit. Will definitely return with my husband. Thank you.

Visited O’Neill’s for an evening meal. What a great pub this is - it’s got such a wide selection of beers on draught to offer (Camden Hells being one, can’t go wrong with this on draught). The food here was fantastic too, at a good price. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The most welcoming pub in High Wycombe! Fantastic atmosphere with friendly staff and a great food and drinks menu. It’s family-friendly during the day , with a classic children's menu featuring favourites like smiley faces ! It also transforms into a lively pub most weekends with live music and events. Always a great night out!

Best pub in Wycombe. Food and atmosphere always hits. Great selections of bevs and the dark fruits is always fresh. Has great quiz nights and other events on. Matt, Cali and Suraiya are all friendly and helpful.
