The booking process was easy, I sent pictures of what needed to be packed, Gemma provided a quote on the day over the email with all the optional extras to add, she was very patient explaining the process. We paid the deposit and the date was booked for a week later. They arrived on time and packed quickly, some items were left behind, I spoke to Jo in the office and this was quickly rectified. The contents are now in storage, so far it has all been satisfactory, and I will definitely recommend.
