Gareth has been brilliant from the first contact over the phone until the delivery of my repaired computer. Gareth listens very well and finds a tailored solution. In my case I wanted to save my computer after having split tea on it. Local PC shop advised me (without having looked at it) to buy a new one (costs = at least £350). My computer was not at the end of its life. Gareth could determine the extend of the damage. If not sure about solutions, he would enquire. He gave me all the options, keeping me constantly aware of the progress. He eventually saw that the screen connector was damaged. He found a cheap replacement and ask for very reasonable price for his work. I got my laptop back. I was having some problems with my WiFi in my office so I called Jon out to take a look. He very politely gave me a convenient time slot to come and take a look. After chatting with Jon I could tell straight away I was in safe hands as he explained things to a level that a layman like me could understand.
