We love to support local business and it didn’t come more local for us than Total Access & Security Ltd. since we both are in Bar Hill. We weren’t disappointed. From first contact through to quote, appointment and installation, it was seamless and excellent. It is always a bonus when the people you are dealing with are friendly but also proficient and professional. With Corinne pulling the strings from base and Aaron fitting our system, well, we couldn’t fault them. After installation and a run through the system with Aaron, we “played” with it after he left. We had the alarms, cameras and sensors which was a bit of a challenge for us, and, sure enough we messed up the audible notifications. Didn’t matter - Aaron was soon round to fix it (twice, we weren’t here the first time). We’ve taken out the annual service plan too so, peace of mind. If you want a security system (given burglaries that have happened in Bar Hill in the recent past) look no further - highly recommended.

We wanted to renew our aging alarm and cctv systems. We had good advice from Aaron in the initial stages and the actual installation was smooth, professional and neat, giving us exactly the modern systems that we were looking for. The improvement over our previous systems is quite incredible. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a cost effective security solution.

Aaron and his team have done our security cameras, electric gates and servicing since he first set up Total Access. I now consider him a friend and highly recommend him and his team.

We were away when our alarm was set off, vigilant neighbours calmed it, until we returned two days later, a Saturday. We discovered one of our electric circuits was out of action, we called Briar Security, the answerphone gave a link to on-duty technician Chris from St Ives, he modestly claimed he wasn't an electrician but turned up within 20 minutes. He patiently isolated the culprit, a 144 bottle wine fridge, I wish it could have been the microwave, but that wasn't Chris's fault. The alarm and everything except the wine fridge was instantly re-connected. Many thanks Chris for an excellent service.

Problem was fixed timely. I placed a negative comment before, but there seems to be a miscommunication which was immediately remedied. Thanks to Matt Thomson for replacing the faulty camera.

Rob, our technician, spent the day setting up our new system and was brilliant. He worked tirelessly and explained everything clearly, making it easy for us to use. Highly recommend Briar!
