Excellent and efficient service received today for my annual alarm maintenance. Simon is a lovely pleasant and helpful guy and very knowledgeable about the systems they use, his team are great too. Initially I contacted Simon a couple of years ago when I had a problem with the alarm system I purchased myself and had it installed by another engineer and it wasn’t installed correctly. At 3:30pm we had a power cut. It triggered the alarm, and the code provided by the previous homeowner didn't work. With a baby next door,and our own twins, it was great that Bans could get to our house within 50minutes and sort the problem. I'll be back for a new alarm when the time comes. Recommended.

Called Bans out after I had a problem with my alarm system. Excellent service, problem fixed the very next day. This is the second time they have come to my rescue and they never let me down. All mess cleaned up, polite people and explained everything to me about what was wrong. They only replace what is necessary and don’t take advantage putting in things you don’t need.
