I am a student at the university and have used Wash & Sew since I arrived in Oxford two years ago. I would not go anywhere else. Mr. Najar is friendly and professional. I trust him with all of my garments, including pricy suits. I also appreciate that he will fold the plastic covering to make transporting items around the city easier. Overall, fantastic service. Mr. Najar comes with my highest recommendation.

Exceptional service! The team at Wash & Sew in Oxford went above and beyond to make sure my laundry was taken care of promptly and with great care. Easy drop-off and pickup, and my clothes came back fresh and perfectly cleaned. Highly recommend!

This place is terrific. Brought them my favourite suit jacket caked in luminous candle wax, thought it a write-off but it came back good as new. For a tenner! Previously used them for alterations and always been spot-on. Plus they managed to successfully duplicate my front door key when Timpsons couldn't. Absolutely love Wash & Sew, 10/10.

I bought a few designer vintage coats and jackets on holiday and have been looking for a good dry cleaner that I can trust with my vintage garments. Even though there were negative reviews, I believed everyone's experiences are different. I decided to give Regency Dry Cleaners a try and opted for their Exclusive service for my vintage garments. I can't say enough about how happy and pleased I am with the service. My vintage garments look clean and like brand new from the shop. I couldn't be happier! Their prices are very reasonable too. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service! They did a job that two other dry cleaners were not able to do: remove a stain, dry clean and iron a dress which has a label saying not to dry clean.

Excellent service! The staff was very helpful and took great care of my woollen coat. Very good prices, I’ll definitely be back!

Today was my first time using UPS services, and I had a great experience. The young man who assisted me was incredibly kind and helpful. He took the time to explain everything and even helped me pack my items.

Sent a parcel using the UPS drop off. Mel was amazingly helpful! She gave us an extremely courteous and friendly service, ten out of ten. We were very impressed. Give her a bonus! She deserves it!

I couldn't fault the service I received. The gentleman that I spoke to, Jamie, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even having my dry cleaning done for me extra quickly because I had an event on the following day. I had a two piece suit dry cleaned and it came out perfectly. I would recommend this Johnson branch to anyone.
