As every more long-term decision, renting a storage unit can be stressful, but Michelle made the entire process incredibly smooth and easy, and rapidly found a solution when a minor issue in the process arose. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was clear and understandable, and their knowledge and helpfulness were outstanding. The facility is clean, secure, and accessible. I couldn't be happier with my choice! Thank you for the exceptional service!:D.

Absolutely amazing and friendly service, James was helping us and he was very helpful in showing us around and was incredibly polite and helpful. I would 100% recommend this storage locker, as it’s been the best we’ve used so far.

Mike was very helpful in accommodating our belongings into the best space available. Great to be made a cuppa in a real mug too.
