My husband and I both had treatments with Lottie and Lola and couldn’t be happier! My facial and pedicure were absolute perfection — my skin feels amazing and my feet are so soft. My beautician was so kind, gentle, and professional throughout. My husband had a massage and said it was brilliant and so relaxing. We both left feeling completely refreshed — highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

From start to finish was an amazing experience. Was greeted with friendly, warm staff and offered a drink straight away. The treatment was explained and was made to feel comfortable and at ease, having lots of opportunities to ask any questions. Very relaxing treatment and would recommend!

Simply wonderful! Throughly enjoyed my pedicure. Lola was a delightful therapist! We had a nice natter but I was also able to close my eyes and relax too. What a beautiful setting. A true haven of peace & tranquility just a few steps from the bustle of the broadway. Will be sure to recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

I’ve juts had THE BEST back massage and facial. I feel lighter than air and so relaxed. The little details in a massage make all the difference, the floor length drape that means your face hole is in darkness, soft voices, professionalism, super products and a therapist who who’s what she is doing. Absolutely five stars thank you so much
