Absolutely fantastic. We booked the top floor of Chamas for my Birthday. Our hosts Gemma and Emily were very friendly and accommodating of the large group (29 people). Our booking was ready on time and a high quality of professionalism was maintained throughout our visit, checking our group for any allergies, also discussing well-done and pescetarian options. The food was absolutely fantastic As the servers walk round with the meats everyone is eating together. We were able to 'pay as you go' for drinks on our designated bar so the final food payments were seamless. Free parking is available after 6pm opposite Marks and Spencers so it's well equipment for large groups. I would definitely recommend Chamas for anyone looking to arrange a meal for a special occasion. Thanks to all the staff at Chamas. We will be back.

So much more than a meal, a total experience. From the meat to the salad bar everything is top quality and plentiful. The master carver Paulo could not do enough for us, supplying tender juicy meat in abundance. Will certainly be a frequent flyer here despite the 3hr round trip.

My mister and I decided we wanted to go somewhere different, and stumbled across Chamas. The service here is so heartening and every single one of the staff were exceptionally professional. Food was also exceptional, especially the chicken hearts (which my mister unfortunately didn’t want to try). Will definitely be going on a monthly basis from now on.

Absolutely wonderful evening from the moment we stepped trough the door. Warm greeting, upstairs to the bar for drinks, menus then food orders, had a nice chat with the host about local gin. Taken down to the restaurant, lovely table setting with tables nicely spaced out, very professional but friendly service with just the right amount of time between courses. There was a warm relaxed atmosphere, busy but not overpowering. The main reason we were there of course was for the food which was excellent, well prepared and presented, and, very very tasty! Overall, a fabulous, faultless evening. This is how restaurants should be.

From the moment you are greeted and shown to the bar upstairs you know you are going to have a great evening. After ordering we were shown to our table in a light relaxed area downstairs. Our starters were delicious and our steak main courses extremely tasty. I had the Wagyu bavette which was so tasty. We finished with a shared sweet and coffee. I can’t wait to return; we’ve left it much too long since our last visit. Five Stars.
