absolutely amazing cakes and amazing workers! I can not thank them enough! we had a very specific cake we wanted for our sons first birthday and I was astounded at how accurate they made the cake! to add even more praise to this amazing work force, when I came home with the cake, I was sobbing when 3 heads fell off. I rang the shop asking how I could fix this, but they went one step further, they picked the cake up at my door step and then delivered it back to me, again to my door step, all fixed and looking absolutely amazing.

We end up here most Saturdays and the quality of the cakes and patisserie is fabulous. The sliced cakes are amazing and the dipped chocolate Viennese swirl biscuits are just amazing. Nowhere in the East Riding is as good consistently as The Cake Room in Hessle. Plus, the staff are all a lovely bunch and they can’t do enough to help you. 5 stars from me!

Omg was craving carrot cake and remembered skeletons and never found a match. However someone said about cake room been same as skeletons omg so fabulous. I’ve missed it definitely be back.

As soon as I found Grace Eva Cakes on Instagram I just new that I had to have Grace create our wedding cake! From the initial contact with Grace it was clear she was very professional and had a vast amount of experience. When my husband and I met Grace at our wedding consultation we instantly felt at ease and so relaxed! The wedding cake consultation was amazing and one of our favourite parts of the wedding planning. Grace oozes creativity and we were both in awe of the cakes she had on display in the shop. I had a vague idea of what I wanted when we went to the consultation but was struggling with imagining how it would look. After discussing this with Grace she made some great suggestions which we really appreciated and eventually came up with our dream wedding cake!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish!! We provided Grace with our colour scheme and flowers and left the rest to her, asking for a surprise cake and she absolutely pulled it out of the bag! From cake tasting all the way through to the actual day, Grace was an absolute diamond of a supplier and we couldn’t recommend her enough! So so many compliments on how unreal the cake was (both visually and taste!!). Thanks again Grace for being a huge part of our big day.

We cannot rate Grace Eva Cakes enough! From our very first conversation with Grace she knew exactly what we had envisioned. The taste samples were delicious and made the flavour choosing very difficult! Her drawings compared to the end result were spot on and would definitely recommend!! Thank you again Grace!

Julie's customer service is excellent, highly professional and fast response to communications. Fabulous ideas for the cake, this one was on a gym/fitness theme. Good photo examples provided before order. The cake looked amazing and tasted superb. Will ask Julie to do any future cakes. No hesitation in recommending.

Julie made a fantastic cake for a family celebration. She helped us work out the design and the finished cake was fabulous. Everyone was impressed by the detail and commented on how delicious the lemon sponge was. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

Julie did an amazing job for my parents 80th birthday . It was a static caravan the attention to detail was amazing right down to the figures looking out of the windows and the tubs of flowers around the outside. I would highly recommend Julie . I will definitely have her make any future cakes.
