Great service by Triple 20. A big thank you to Ash, (driver 274) for making it such a pleasant experience at the start of our holiday. Picked us up slightly early which was great as we were ready to go & was helpful throughout from loading our bags to getting us to the airport on time. A very pleasant guy. Would not hesitate to use again. Thank you Ash!

I use this firm under a DSA contract to get to and from University in my wheelchair. Truly a great company, never had a bad driver or been let down on a pick-up. Hassan rocks, sorts any issues with no problem, if disabled, this is the company to call for transport.

Driver 274- I had this driver this morning with my son. He ensured he locked the doors for my son’s safety and was very polite. Lovely man to travel to my destination with. Hopefully will have him again! Take it easy on the roads.

My aunt and family have been using waterfront taxis for over 20 years. Prior to moving into a nursing home my aunt lived in an upper floor flat, the drivers even used to take her shopping up to the front door as there was no lift, where do you get a service like that these days. They came to our rescue again on Friday as my aunt had an hospital appointment at Russell’s Hall hospital and she forgot to ring them until the last minute, they rearranged their schedule and a wheelchair taxi was with us within 10 mins. Without this excellent service wheelchair users like my aunt would be unable to attend hospital appointments. Thank you very much again and kind regards to all staff from Betty Judd.

I've been using Waterfront Cars for years now since I've worked at the Merry Hill centre and they've always looked after me, whether I call up at 8am or midnight they can always sort something out and I've always received exceptional customer service with a fixed fare to and from the centre. I know they do airport runs too and while I've not used this side of the service myself, I've heard through word of mouth this is also an exceptional experience. Major kudos to Ali and his team for running a tight ship.

I’ve been using Waterfront Cars for as long as I can remember. Most recently shopping at the Merryhill Hill Centre. They’re always there ready to pick up with their Hackney 7 seaters - great for our whole family plus shopping bags! Very friendly and reliable service. I use them all the time, and will continue to do so.

BEACON TAXIS REVIEWS

We recently used Beacon for an airport drop off and return. Driver very respectful. Loaded our cases for us, and a disabled child's pushchair. Got us to airport in plenty of time even knowing where road works were. The poor fella had to wait 2 hours on way home as we were delayed in Spain and also usual mess up at Birmingham airport. Got us home safely through rush hour and even dropped my daughter and children off the other part of our road. I always use Beacon. Drivers are friendly and polite. Thankyou to Lal, we will be using Beacon for our break away in September

We needed a pick up on Friday evening to take us and our luggage, etc. from Sedgley high street to Kingswinford. We had Cab 49 very quickly, the driver was excellent, went the extra mile to help us with the luggage at the pick-up and when we arrived home.The price was very reasonable, it was a good experience and I would certainly recommend them.

Always excellent service. Drivers always on time, courteous and friendly.
