Rooms were a little dated but comfortable and very clean. All the staff i came across were very kind helpful and caring. We stayed for 2 nights due to my husband having surgery at a nearby hospital. I felt anxious being alone but all the staff reassured me and made my stay comfortable. A lovely lady on reception allowed me to keep my room for an extra hour. Beverley the waitress at breakfast was amazing. Copthorne Hotel you should be proud of all your hard working staff.

Outstanding customer service. Staff are so helpful and kind, I have many allergies and the staff ensured everything was ok. They made things from scratch and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are clean but basic and the location is super easy to get to from anywhere. Thank you for making our staff so much better than it normally is!

Lovely stay, rooms nice and clean. Very comfy bed!! The breakfast was lovely. Even provided gluten free for 1 of the group. Excellent service from all members of staff. Couldn't do enough for you. Especially Vikki went above and beyond to help us.

I am a member of the village hotel Dudley, I really enjoy going to the gym, the classes are fabulous so much variety taught professionally. Instructors are lovely always taking time to ensure you are enjoying and doing the exercises correctly. Love Nathan’s SPRINT and BURN BOXER and Beth’s BUILD, SPRINT, SPIN and BODY CONDITIONING there’s something for everyone at the Village Dudley keep up the good work you guys are great.

I have been having PT with Beth for a few weeks and really started to noticed the difference in myself now. She’s a professional and pushes you to the limits and it’s enjoyable, she’s always easy to talk to and is friendly and encouraging even if the first time you meet her. I would definitely recommend personal training with Beth!

Lovely hotel, super clean and modern. Service was brilliant, Nathan on reception was so friendly and helpful and went the extra mile. Can’t fault it at all. Will definitely come back.

For what you get with 3 kids is unbelievable! Room was perfectly fine, breakfast was great, and staff/service was second to none! A huge shout out to Joe! He was excellent with the kids and truly made us feel special/welcome, loved him! All in all, best stay at a Premier Inn to date.

Great service. Comfortable room, good bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Good location for me as I was 5 minutes walk from the Dudley Assembly Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses where I attended a convention.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast but could do with fresh orange and apple juice on the buffet.
