Very friendly and professional with excellent communication. We booked last minute due to our car breaking down and received fantastic service including an early hours of the morning pick up from bristol airport and transfer to Exeter. Thank you!

Got picked up from Exeter st David’s, dropped off and later brought back to station. 2 different cars 2 different drivers, both extremely polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend the Advance Airport Transfer company for punctuality, communication and customer service.

Very easy to schedule. Good communication to confirm the ride. Very good text updates of when taxi was dispatched. Easy to track taxi as it arrived. Driver was professional. Would recommend & plan to use again in the future.

Zoltan was so helpful and kind, we had a newborn with us and he drove exceptionally carefully which made us feel very reassured and safe. What a lovely chap to talk to also! Arrived quickly to us and dropped us off in great time too. Also very impressed with the phone staff as always very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly - Martyn in particular. Thank you.

We were very pleased. The driver was prompt, pleasant, courteous and above all very helpful with my disabled husband.

Fabulous service, received a message when taxi was on its way and the driver was very attentive and helpful. He took care of our heavy luggage and asked if we'd like him to put heating on and after we reached our destination he even pointed out that there is a bench that my parents can sit on. Would 100% recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you Andrew Mills Taxis.

Andrew is brilliant, reliable, arrived on time and was very patient with us trying to find him as we didn’t have a postcode to give him, and even gave us a good discount for not being able to get closer to us. Called him the next day again to take us to the train station. So much easier than these other taxi firms that ask you to fill in a form on their website or don’t answer the phone or ask for payment upfront before they’ve even done the journey.

We booked a return taxi for 6 from Exeter to Lympstone with Andrew Mills taxis during graduation. He was brilliant , professional, punctual, great communications, spotless taxi and super to deal with. I would not book anyone else 5 star service and fantastic value. Thank you for making our night out run so smoothly.
