I can highly recommend Evie for nails at The Cove. Very professional, quality products and I walked away absolutely loving my shellac nails. So many colours to choose from and loved the natural shape she gave them. Much better than the standards you get on the high street. It’s a lovely space to be in and I would not be surprised if like the other therapists, Evie gets booked up very quickly.

Very friendly! A great experience. I did a lot of research into where to go for waxing in Exeter as I am a student here and The Cove had excellent reviews and I can see why! Very relaxed appointment and lovely chat throughout and very professional service. Would 100% recommend.

Couldn’t recommend Claudia enough, she is amazing! So lovely to chat to, makes you feel welcome when you arrive and the treatments are done to a really high standard. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’ve been a loyal member of this salon since it opened and enjoyed seeing it grow and prosper under Hayley’s leadership into an exceptional place. Each client is treated as an individual. Great care is taken from the moment you arrive to make you comfortable starting with a massage and ritual. The focus is on health wellbeing and being the best version of yourself. Advice is always excellent and in the interest of the clients needs.

I had a facial and massage here yesterday and it was insane, my skin hasn’t felt or looked this good since pre teen!! I’m so happy with the results. The massage was such a good pressure and the techniques were so relaxing. All the staff were so lovely and made me feel super welcome. Will 100% be back. So glad to have found this place!

Katie is the best piercer I’ve ever had. She’s done 4 of my piercings and I’ve felt completely comfortable with every one. If I’ve had any issues she’s been quick to help me and reassure me that she’ll change the piercing/have a look at it. With other piercers I’ve had many problems with my cartilage piercings and have had to retire all of them but with Katie it’s been one of my easiest piercings. Would highly recommend and can’t wait for my next one!

I love it here! Always such friendly service, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my hair now. Leah is amazing, so kind and always patient when cutting hair so that you leave with exactly what you want. I had my lashes done with Jade as well and couldn't recommend her enough, super friendly and talked me through the treatment as I'd never had a lash lift and tint before. 100% recommend this place!

Been going here to have full set acrylics and elaborate nail art for the past 4 months and there is no exaggeration when I say that Tee is the best nail tech going, she is friendly, talented and always up for a challenge!
