Great service, the young man who picked me up when my mobility scooter stopped working this morning after I just come out of the hospital after an appointment,was very kind and helpful, he helped me load the scooter and when I got to my car he unloaded it for me to put in my car. Thank you very much.

Excellent service from pick-up to drop-off. The driver was courteous, and friendly, offering to give assistance with luggage, and didn't make me feel rushed or hurried. The regular text updates are great, and keep customers informed and reassured. Very fairly priced. Many thanks for continued first-class service.

Ziggy's delivered to us at our hotel while in Halifax the delivery was quicker than the 45 mins posted bk to us. The food was Fantastic absoutley Delicious the Baklava was such a large portion and absoutley Delicious will call next time we are in Halifax for sure.

From making my booking to pick me up from Leeds Bradford Airport, the driver picking me up, the journey and then ordering my return booking and that journey, this company was fantastic. Friendly and efficient, and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone in the area.

Always use ziggys metro if I need a taxi. Called this time for my daughter and didn't book in advance. They turned up within 5 minutes which I wasn't expecting given it was a Saturday at 11:30pm so was happy with that.

My friends son left his phone in the back of the taxi. I called to see if the driver could find the phone. Within 10 minutes it was confirmed the driver had the phone and would come back and drop it off. The driver wouldn’t take the fare for having to return. Great service, highly recommend.

What can I say about a star there as old as me they’ve always kept the standard up there reliable and friendly on the phone you get the odd driver that thinks he’s invisible and does how he pleases but as a company I rate them.
