Just brilliant! I rang to ask for a taxi and it arrived within 10 minutes. Lovely driver too! Would definitely use Aqua again.Aqua cars are amazing, l would highly recommend them. It was easy to book my two car journeys with them, each leg they contacted me saying the driver was outside waiting. The two drivers we had very very pleasant, courteous and polite. All in all we had a fantastic experience with Aqua cars. Thank you. I rate them five stars.

Ordered this taxi in advance for my elderly father to take him to the doctors. He said the driver was so helpful and kind. Will definitely order this service again for him. Please thank the driver for me, acts like this makes a difference to our family.

Excellent service! Ciprian Turned up on time and helped load all our luggage! We went from Cowplain to London Heathrow. I loved that it let us know the driver and license plate so we were aware of who to expect. Return journey there was an accident preventing our original driver from getting us but we had a replacement sent straight away, with no wait! Phoned us to let us know what was going on. Robert was great and helped us load our luggage and got us home promptly and safely! I definitely recommend!!

Will definitely be using them again if I need a lift to and from the airport. We hired a 8 seater van to take us to Heathrow. Felix took us up there and Christian brought us back to Portsmouth. Both trips were on time, drove sensibly and took the quickest routes available avoiding traffic on the day. The cost was around £150 per trip which was fair. Thanks again.

Very impressed with the service. We used to use Smiths, but as they no longer trade we switched to Clarks, and the service is exceedingly good. Drivers are well presented and the cars are clean and tidy. Both the drivers we had, were on time and very professional. Would recommend this company to anybody and we will be using them again.

After using many different airport transfer companies Ground Transfer is by far the best option. I have never experienced any issues with this firm and the drivers are always on time at both ends of the trip and I’m always met at the arrivals gate. The cars are always extremely clean and the drivers always well dressed and professional. I have had many dealings with Aurel as my driver and he is always found to be very friendly and professional, he ensures he arrives before the stated pick up for added piece of mind. I would like to thank the team and look forward to dealing with you again.

Very friendly and helpful drivers. Both turned up on time and although my flight was 2 hours delayed returning there was no issue at all, the driver was waiting and no extra payment was required. I will certainly use again for my monthly airport trips.
