Amazing!! Booking by phone was super easy, communication for confirmation and updates was smooth, pickup was prompt and on time. But best of all, our driver Rai saved the day when our luggage storage plan fell through! Since we had booked a round-trip ride and had planned such a short visit to Stonehenge anyway, Rai just kept our luggage in the boot and waited for us. Thanks so much!

Arranged taxi pick up as left on a late train from Waterloo to Salisbury. Polite efficient booking with text confirmation too giving me confidence it was all sorted. Taxi waiting on our arrival with friendly polite & efficient driver to whisk us 35 minutes further into Wiltshire. Great service

Very professional company, from the people taking the calls to the drivers. Polite, kind, helpfull and on time. Cars are clean and spacious. We used them 4 times (longer trips not just city rides) in less than a week and they did a wonderful job. For sure we will use them in the future.

Excellent service and saved the day when was let down after pre booking with another company today to get to sdh for work. Luckily they had a float car and were able to pick me up last minute .

Yesterday I shared a taxi to Salisbury Hospital with a friend. I hadn't used this company since the 1990's. I have to say it was the very very best experience I had for a long time. We were asked what time we would be coming back from the hospital. we duly exited the hospital at 3.30pm and there the same driver was waiting to take us home. WE BOTH felt on cloud nine.
