Excellent service. I called them from the cruise port at Southampton. Driver arrived in time. Price agreed was price charged even though he had to detour because of traffic. Price was charged reasonable. Well informed from the start. Driver was polite and helpful. Would highly recommend this firm.

Very friendly and on time, made us feel very comfortable. The notification service worked very well and we were updated at every point. Great service.

Excellent service , on time and efficient. Driver was the most friendly guy I have come across in a long time , took my mind off going to a Hospital appointment that i wasn't looking forward to . Would thoroughly recommend and I have given my Boss the Aero Cabs details as we are definitely going to use the service in the future . Thanks for a great service .

Great Service from Aero taxis. Used for travel to Southampton Cruise Port. Easy to book online although because pick up point was different to drop off, I had to send extra email. Choice of cars which are comfortable and clean. Very reliable, always on time and drivers are friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Great Driver, on time, even had two car seats all ready for our girls. Used this company quite a lot during our holiday and always had a great experience, wouldn't book with anyone else.

RADIO TAXIS REVIEWS

Always an excellent service to and from the Red Jet and hospital. However today the driver took a very long way round to get to the red jet from the hospital. I questioned his thoughts and his logic didn’t make any sense. The fare was nearly £17 and we were lucky that a lot of the lights were green. I told the driver that my fare from the red jet to the hospital earlier was £11 and as I do this trip every 8 weeks my average fare on a week day was around £13-£14. To be fair he did drop his price to £13. I did say that I wasn’t after a reduction but he insisted. But I still question his reasoning.!!!!!

Very timely service from this company- even though so early in the morning. Our driver, James, was really helpful, putting cases in and getting them back out of the car, and very polite and sociable during our journey. We would have no hesitation in recommending or using this company in the future.,

Sean, our taxi driver, couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. We were a party of 4, including my 96yr old mother and Sean looked after after, helping her in and out of the taxi, chatting to her. It was lovely to see. He was really friendly and we felt in safe hands. A very easy process.
