I've never been so impressed. I was watching my son on the little rock pool slides and a little child knocked their head and went under. Within seconds the life guard was off her seat over the edge of the rock pool and had the child in her arms. By the time she was stood up there was a call for first aid and 2 teams appeared immediately, one got there first whilst the second paused to see if they were needed. An extra life guard turned up and seamlessly took the space of the one who had jumped in. The child was taken to be checked by the first aid team with one of them supporting the child's mother. Meanwhile a manager came out and took the lifeguard aside clearly checking how she was after the ordeal (an aspect often overlooked in many work places) The whole thing happened in less than 2 minutes. As a parent I felt like my child was in safe environment and whilst the whole team was excellent I hope the lifeguard who was at the centre of it all is commended for her swift actions.

Booked Saturday morning for same day swimming, reasonably priced, parking easy and clean throughout. 3 Kids really enjoyed it and so did 2 adults. There is a weird approach to showers in change room however overall experience was 5 Star.

Great for swimming, good staff, the reception person was fab as I had my hand full with kids open the big gate kids do lessons too so early start lessons so have rest of day to do other thing, the instruion and lessons we'll given time taken to get it all right. deadecation from swimming teachers to swimming success.

Amazing, the sauna shower now works most of the time. Drinking water in gym still as third world as ever. Upping rating to three stars to reflect this improvement.

A centre which makes every one active by sports activities such as swimming, adults and childrens are participate by making respective fees to the centre.

Very friendly staff and welcoming. Has changed but for the better. I am able to go in the daytime now so gym quieter and more choice of classes. Would recommend. Still all good.

Nice swiming facilities was nice and quiet there at 10am on Sunday changing rooms where nice and clean as well.

Great pool and friendly staff. Has a separate learner pool great for those leaning to swim and it's always warm.
