Needed a taxi at 8pm on Saturday to get home 40 miles away from St John's Hospital, Livingston. Taxi arrived within 10 mins of my phone call. Tristan, the driver, welcomed me with a big smile and then drove me effortlessly home. We had a very pleasant conversation on the way. Highly recommend Fair Deal Cabs. Cheers Tristan.

Great Service!! I booked a return taxi from Linlithgow into Edinburgh for 8 people to attend a family event. I was a little apprehensive after being let down previously by a different taxi firm but I needn't have worried about Mike's. The taxi arrived a few minutes early and got us into Edinburgh in good time. The driver was friendly and chatty. He returned on time to pick us up, if anything we were slightly late for him! Thanks Mike's Taxis, I wil definitey be using you again

And she got me to my destination early too, despite having to navigate the same road works again. As someone who’s extremely anxious & who hardly ever leaves home. I couldn’t have had a nicer, friendlier, competent person to drive me today than Nancy. She was absolutely brilliant. Thank you so very much Nancy.

A huge big THANK YOU to Ronnie our driver for picking my 8 year old daughter and I up yesterday. I was absolutely struggling to get a taxi, then to our relief, Ronnie came to the rescue. He communicated with me so well and was there when he said he would be. I can’t thank this taxi cab company enough for such excellent customer service. Ronnie you are a hero! Would 100% recommend and will definitely be using them again. Thanks again.

Highly, highly recommend. Our late night driver went above and beyond. I had drunkenly left a very expensive pair of shoes at the venue he picked us up from, the next thing I know he had brought them to me. My faith in humanity is well and truly restored.
