Thank you to the ladies who helped me this morning. I go on holiday tomorrow and I did a really bad DIY root touch up. I showed up in the salon for advice. I’m not a previous customer but the customer service from walking in the door was fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me. And noted down what I needed to do. Please forgive me if I’ve got the names wrong, I was in a panic. I’m sure it was Sarah & Gillian. Really kind. Thank you massively.

First time at du beau today and I’ll definitely be back, service was amazing all the girls were so accommodating and lovely, Taylor did an amazing job with my hair and made the experience that much better , highly recommend!

I had made an appointment online & when I went in I realised I’d booked in for the wrong thing. The time difference in what id booked & wanted was roughly an hour & a half. Kim kindly shuffled things around & was able to fit me in later that day. I was so grateful as I was really looking forward to & needing my hair coloured. The team are always happy, friendly & there for any advice or ideas regarding your hair style/colour. The salon itself is lovely inside, calming & relaxing. Couldn’t recommend this salon enough. Great place & will definitely be back.

I have had my hair cut for several years at Utopia, both in Mid Calder and now in East Calder. All the staff are very friendly. I have always had my hair cut by Claire who is genuinely interested in all her clients. She has a very calm and gentle manner which is always very therapeutic. Claire is an excellent hairdresser and I would definitely recommend Utopia!

Amazing as always. Kim is an artist with colour, patient and sets realistic expectations. Better result than I imagined as I had bottle dyed for years and the outcome was just so natural and flattering. Gail always does a stylish cut and finish to leave healthy hair. Thanks team and can't wait to come back.
