MACDONALD HOUSTOUN HOUSE REVIEWS
A verdant tree lined drive opens up to the stunning white stucco walls of the hotel. A blazing fire drew us inside from the drizzling December afternoon. Bright smiles and greetings welcomed us warmly. Our room was beautifully appointed. Crisp fresh linens covered our very comfortable king sized bed. Christmas turkey dinner was scrumptious and the chef presented us with a free festive treat. As a chef myself, I was over the moon. What a lovely gift. The restaurant made us a delightful Christmas tea for two take away. We donned our paper crowns, popped our crackers, and feasted on delectable scones, jams, mince pies, tarts, bars, and finger sandwiches on the lawn of Blackness Castle. When we left at 5am the next morning, a beautifully wrapped gift box of Scottish treats lay on the tartan carpet outside our door. I’ve rarely been made to feel so very special by a hotel staff. Bravo! I need more stars!!!
We had the pleasure of staying here at christmas/new year. We were humbled by the staff who worked here. They really cared about the guests and for each other. We were so well looked after by the whole team. Every member of the team was hospitable and caring. Thank you. Phillip and Ellie.
Worth experience, personally we could only be there for a day, but the staff was awesome, kind and resolutive with everything, the bedroom was beautiful, luxurious and comfy. The food was also on point and we had a variety to choose, even some Scottish options to try.

MERCURE LIVINGSTON HOTEL REVIEWS
We had a lovely couple of nights stay with evening meal and breakfast. There was a good variety for breakfast and the staff were always happy to help. The evening meal was really nice and the service was very quick and efficient. We arrived on the 28th May and the receptionist on check in was very helpful and friendly but unfortunately I didn’t manage to make a note of her name. We also received really good service from Jessica, Abigail, Joy and Lisa.
Last week me and my daughters stayed in this cozy hotel. We were greeted with a warm welcome from a young lady called nikki. She helped me so much by giving me detailed information on transport and places in the area. Nikki went over and beyond for me and my daughters. I will be coming back due to her outstanding service. This hotel is very nice and nikki makes your stay even better.
Been here a couple of time for work. Every time I'm well looked after. Lisa made me feel right at home the first time I came and remembered me months later. The service is first class. Highly recommended.

PREMIER INN LIVINGSTON BATHGATE REVIEWS
Was a pleasant stay! Me and my partner stayed here for the night and was welcomed by a lovely receptionist who was smiley as well as happy to accommodate to our needs. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom given had everything we needed and a good amount of towels which we appreciated.we decided to get the breakfast in the morning and there was a wide range of food to choose I opted for a full fry up and was cooked nicely not too greasy! as well as lovely coffee! It was easy to access and there is a town with many shops and cafes nearby also.
Stayed there three days. By mistake I left my gold chain in my room and checked out. I remember about it only that evening and I called to the reception. The staff was so kind and helpful. They found my chain in room and left that in reception. I went there and got the chain. Thank you so much for Ms. ELLIE and Ms.AIMY for the wonderful service.
Stayed for 2 nights, whilst visiting Scotland, secure parking, comfortable bed, hot shower and breakfast was nice and filling. Everything as expected with a premier inn, you can't go wrong.
