We have just got back from our honeymoon booked with Melissa at Kuoni. Everyone we dealt with at the store was friendly and helpful, especially Melissa - her knowledge of destinations is absolutely amazing and she helped us find the perfect honeymoon (Which was not easy as we initially had no ideas of where we wanted to go) The honeymoon itself was incredible and we didn’t have to worry about any logistical stuff as it was all taken care of. We are definitely Kuoni holiday converts now!

We have booked through Kuoni at cribbs causeway a few times, purely for the customer service we receive each time from Jess the assistant manager. She's always so helpful, she even planned our dream wedding to the Maldives!

Kieth is a top man. I have used this branch twice before but not for 20 years. I’m glad I returned. I could have saved myself a very small amount of money by booking myself via Sky Scanner but let me give you a bit of advice. If you’re looking for a fair deal and professional advice then expect this to come at a cost because it’s their business after all. If you don’t need the advice then booking directly is fine. I felt I had a very good deal considering the very high level of service I received. I enjoyed the company of Kieth and his Colleague Damien. I left the branch with a good deal and additional knowledge. That’s worth every penny of about £70. Glad I returned after all these years.

I literally cannot book a flight without trailfinders any more - I would miss them too much! Outstanding customer service, the friendliest team, and brilliant prices. Plus that money can’t buy extra: piece of mind that if anything goes wrong they’ll help you sort it. I have booked every long distance flight in the last 5 years through them and I think I always will! Not to mention their top notch Covid cover insurance and the fact they hold your money until your holiday is over (rather than spending it like other companies do) in case anything goes wrong.
