Just sat in the airport Dubai lounge coming back from a week’s cruise around Dubai. One of our group was an employee from Longwell Green “Donna , we’ve had the best time visiting all around the Middle East. We purchased tui tickets in store enjoying the Burj khalifa, miracle gardens and then checking into the plaza airport lounge before flying home. All trips were amazing and made our trip special. Highly recommend for anyone looking to travel this side of the world.

Kelly in the longwell green branch was awesome!! I spoke with Kelly a few days ago about booking our next trip, she was so helpful and looked at multiple options with everything we wanted in mind! We took a few days to have a think and decide and Kelly made sure she was avaliable on the day and time we wanted to come back and book! So tiday we booked with Kelly and once again she was on point for everything, making sure we were happy with everything and had all the things we wanted or needed! Kelly even booked my airport parking! So happy and can’t wait for my next trip!

Went into this location to exchange some of my money for an upcoming holiday and was assisted by Ellie in the bureau and received great service! She explained everything clearly which helped as it was my first time exchanging. Will definitely be returning for more great service.

We have just got back from our honeymoon booked with Melissa at Kuoni. Everyone we dealt with at the store was friendly and helpful, especially Melissa - her knowledge of destinations is absolutely amazing and she helped us find the perfect honeymoon (Which was not easy as we initially had no ideas of where we wanted to go) The honeymoon itself was incredible and we didn’t have to worry about any logistical stuff as it was all taken care of. We are definitely Kuoni holiday converts now!

We have booked through Kuoni at cribbs causeway a few times, purely for the customer service we receive each time from Jess the assistant manager. She's always so helpful, she even planned our dream wedding to the Maldives!

Amazing service from Jess and the team! Nothing was ever too much trouble, and our dream holiday was flawless from start to finish! Thank you - we will be booking again soon.

Kieth is a top man. I have used this branch twice before but not for 20 years. I’m glad I returned. I could have saved myself a very small amount of money by booking myself via Sky Scanner but let me give you a bit of advice. If you’re looking for a fair deal and professional advice then expect this to come at a cost because it’s their business after all. If you don’t need the advice then booking directly is fine. I felt I had a very good deal considering the very high level of service I received. I enjoyed the company of Kieth and his Colleague Damien. I left the branch with a good deal and additional knowledge. That’s worth every penny of about £70. Glad I returned after all these years.

I literally cannot book a flight without trailfinders any more - I would miss them too much! Outstanding customer service, the friendliest team, and brilliant prices. Plus that money can’t buy extra: piece of mind that if anything goes wrong they’ll help you sort it. I have booked every long distance flight in the last 5 years through them and I think I always will! Not to mention their top notch Covid cover insurance and the fact they hold your money until your holiday is over (rather than spending it like other companies do) in case anything goes wrong. I have recommended trailfinders to my family and friends and will continue to!

Brilliant. Very friendly, professional and did an amazing job of helping us plan our trip. Was kept updated at all times and provided fantastic service. Booking another trip with them again soon and have also recommend them to other friends and family.
