BROOKS GUESTHOUSE BRISTOL REVIEWS

A couple of friends and I stayed in one of the triple occupancy rooms when in Bristol for a gig. The room was adequately sized. What really stood out for Brooks Guesthouse was the staff, who were always eager to help, special thanks to the lady on reception and Kyle. The location is conveniently tucked next to St Nick's Market, making it perfect for exploring the city. Finally, the full English breakfast was probably one of best I've had staying in a guesthouse. This place is great value for money!!

Stayed for one night in a rooftop rocket. All staff very friendly. Breakfast was incredible and the accommodation spot on. Reading the reviews on the noise when sleeping in a rocket from nearby nightclub we both bought headphones for some relaxation sounds. Bliss. Not for everyone I know but an amazing experience that I'd recommend to those that want a different accommodation experience in the centre of Bristol.

Return visit which is always a good sign. Great location, very helpful staff, clean comfortable if not a bit small rooms. Breakfast is excellent, honesty Bar is a nice touch as well.

Great place to stay if you are a couple or pair (friends, parent/child). Location is very close to bus stops, shopping, and several sights to see. The staff is over the top awesome, facilitates we’re very clean, and included breakfast makes this a perfect place to stay!

Room was basic but exactly what I needed and what I needed, clean and comfortable. Love the fresh fruit and the fresh coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the room. Food was lovely at breakfast. Staff were lovely, hospitable and very friendly. Definitely worth a return visit and excellent value for money.

I really enjoyed the stay at the Washington, the staff were very welcoming and helpful! The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again as it was very close to the town centre. :)

TOGHILL HOUSE FARM REVIEWS

I stayed twice in the space of a couple of weeks. The location is lovely: surrounded by countryside and with sheep and chickens out the back. The rooms are very pleasant, the breakfast was faultless and in a nice setting. Lots of parking. For me as a solo traveller the stay was good value for money. The one niggle about the location for me was that during early evening rush hour the road outside the property backs up with traffic to the junction a couple of hundred yards away. It doesn't affect the peace, but means you need to allow a little extra time if your driving out then.

We had an overnight stay which we very much enjoyed. The room was a good size with it's own bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was a lovely full English with toast, fruit, yoghurt and cereal also available. We would definitely recommend this B&B.

Great B and B, spot on breakfast and room was good and had all you needed. It's position is high up overlooking Bath, Bristol and Gloucestershire and is exposed, hence on Freezing Hill. However room was nice and toasty. Main house has a long interesting history. Fully welcoming of dogs.
