My wife and I recently used Norfolk Upholstery for refurbishment and reupholstery of sofas and armchairs as well as supply and fitting of new curtains and blinds for our living room. The service and advice we received was outstanding, from fabric selection to the quality of the work itself. Price was reasonable for what is a completely bespoke service. All members of the company were a delight to deal with. Thoroughly recommended. 2

A first class repair to an expensive Parker Knoll armchair. The base of the chair had collapsed after 4 years of light use and was out of warranty. Coopers discovered that not only were the metal springs and clips used in the construction of this chair heavily rusted, but the wood rail was cobbled together using three pieces of what appeared to be chip board or MDF ! The chair had not been exposed to any damp conditions since being bought, and Coopers said this fact was obvious since the fabric was all fine. The chair was basically a really poor quality construction and we have photo's to show the dreadful condition of the components if Parker Knoll are ever interested in seeing them (Aldiss the retailer too if they wish). So much for a quality brand I say! Coopers have now professionally replaced all the metal work with good quality components, and have replaced the poor quality frame rail with beech wood. The covering material was all perfectly refitted by Coopers and the ripped material underneath the chair where the rusty broken springs had torn through, was replaced. Both Jack and Philip were very professional in their work. I was able to discuss the progress of the repair and re-upholstering of my sofa and was offered a wide range of sample fabric to choose from. All my questions were answered promptly.They took great care with collection and delivery and the final result is of superb quality.
