Having admittedly taken a cold call, something I never normally do but decided to be polite for a change – after all I had been considering new doors/windows for some time - I was very impressed with the look and feel of the product samples., as well as the history of the firm and the 12-year guarantee . The personnel I came into contact with were all courteous and helpful and the installation was completed amazingly fast. I had a window converted to a French door and was very pleased that all the ‘extra’ work – brick removal, plastering was undertaken by the company itself. It is too early to say about performance but so far I’m happy.

An excellent service from start to finish. The rep who called was very polite knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble..the office staff were brilliant in keeping us up to date.The window fitters Julian and Dean were excellent and courteous and tidied up to a high standard. The windows themselves are of a high quality for a fantastic price..I can't believe how quiet it is in my house now.. Thank you so much first home improvements..

We have had two lantern light windows installed and are very happy with the service we have received. From start to finish we have been really impressed. The two guys that fitted the windows (sorry forgot their names) were very professional, polite and courteous. Arrived on time, were quick and cleaned up when they had finished the job. Would definitely recommend Window Plus and would not hesitate in using them again. Only inside photos as difficult to see the windows from outside.

I was pleased with the affordable quote to replace my windows & install French doors. From the salesman Andy to fitters Wayne & David (who thoroughly tidied up each day) to admin Rhianna (I think) everyone has been super efficient & friendly. My new windows look fabulous and hopefully will prove more energy efficient. In total from choosing to installing it’s taken about 2 months. Even my neighbours have said how much they admire them.

Thank you to all of the Windows plus team for their fantastic service! We have just had a patio door installed and are really pleased with the result. From initial contact, to sales visit, survey & instillation we have been so impressed with the whole customer journey. Everything completed within 5 weeks including a really professional installation. I would highly recommend and would definitely use Windows Plus again in the future.

Positive experience of using Broadland windows from the sales visit and detailed measuring through to the installation. Happy with the windows and they were a reasonable price. Nathan and the team did a good job of putting them in just before Christmas with minimal mess. The difference in the temperature indoors is noticeable. No draughts or flappy curtains!

We are thrilled with our new bifold doors from Broadland. Everything about the experience from start to finish was professional, knowledgeable and timely. The salesperson, measurers and fitters were all polite, tidy and efficient. The actual doors are high quality and are the icing on the cake for our project. I highly recommend. It's good to deal with a local company who do what they promise and provide a high level of expertise and quality.

Broadland windows have fitted a window, a front door and conservatory doors for me this week. Really tidy work, polite and friendly tradesmen, a better price than competitors. Really pleased, I definitely recommend.
