Overall very happy with Peer King and would not hesitate to use them again in future if needed. I required a valuation of my own property and they they were able to provide this through a transparent pricing structure and at a notably better price than other surveyors I'd received quotes from. I was kept well informed during the entire process and found the service received to be professional and efficient throughout. The surveyors were courteous and highly respectful of the property, taking care not to bring in any dirt on their shoes and even returning all doors and light switches that had been disturbed to their original positions on the way out. After the visit, the report was delivered promptly a few days later and appeared to be well informed & nicely presented, including all the required details for my needs.

Charlie carried out a level 2 survey and provided an excellent service. His survey report was very detailed and he demonstrated excellent professionalism following subsequent follow up calls when he addressed my queries. I very much recommend his services to anyone who needs a very reliable surveyor.

The report was very thorough, attentive to detail and it is clear that Tim provides a high level service. I will most definitely be using their services in the future for property purchases.
