Can't rate this company and staff highly enough. Great communication and excellent service. Guests reported problem with boiler as they were staying in my holiday home. Rang late Friday pm and call answered quickly. Asked if anything that could be advised over the phone, engineer was consulted. Advised of outcome; appointment arranged for Monday . Engineer rang following appointment to explain the problem. Knew that new guests coming mid week. Parts were ordered following day and work was done and completed on Wednesday. Guest was able to arrive.

After contacting several air conditioning companies in Norwich, Gas and Air tech were the only company that responded. Within a month of initially requesting a quote, I have an installed air conditioning system. The quality of the work is excellent, the office staff and engineers are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great communication throughout and respectful of my property. I highly recommend this great company.

I always recommend you whenever possible and will continue to do so because you are always friendly, efficient, helpful, trustworthy and a pleasure to use.

Alex did the gas safety check for our new house, and we asked him to come back to install a new radiator on a different wall once we'd moved in. He was easy to communicate with, always fast to respond, and did a really great job, super happy with the new radiator!

Excellent communication. Managed to fit our job in with very short notice and were accommodating with a time which suited us. Highly recommend. Thank you.

They did an excellent job installing our ducted air conditioning for 4 bedrooms. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, punctual, and very easy to work with. The quote was competitive and good options for payments. The installation was carried out efficiently and to a high standard including clean up. We also appreciated how responsive and helpful they were in resolving a small issue afterwards. Overall, a great experience – highly recommended!

I can't recommend this company high enough, swift response after my initial enquiry. Came and advised on what equipment would best for my location, on the day of install two men arrived at 8.30am and set to work straight away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, very pleased.

Nothing but good things to say about the team at Secker & Sons. They installed an external Samsung Aircon unit - with 2 internal ceiling cassettes, over a 3 days period in July-2025. Excellent service - incredibly pleased with the result.
