Had to bring our cat Ben in as an emergency after he collapsed at home, i would like to thank the whole team for there care and support for both Ben and me. Sitting in reception for a while you see how the reception staff are so friendly and professional, also the Nursing staff communicating to owners and animals alike. A big thank you to Hannah for her reassurance and care for our well loved Ben she was absolutely brilliant

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate Rebecca who was working on reception on the day my Chinchilla had passed away. She was so comforting and gave me a big hug and let me cry at her for a bit. She explained what would happen next (I'd requested they cremate my pet) and offered to take paw prints for me to keep. She also offered to bring the card machine into the private room so I didn't have to stand in reception for too long whilst I was teary. I've only ever had positive experiences here and really appreciate you all

The way they reacted to our emergency, with our sick cat, their empathy, efficiency, friendliness, second to none. Can’t say thank you enough for their care, in this sad time,

Everyone were so nice at the clinic! From nurse at the reception to the Vet that saw my cat. They've been so gentle and caring and professional. They saw my cat 45min after I called them for urgent appointment (Sunday). My cat was diagnosed quick, medication was given and now my cat is much much better all thanks to them! Would recommend them to everyone. Prices are aswell more than reasonable!

Brilliant vets and brilliant staff. Tried a few other vets before medivet and all the vets we tried very cold and uncaring and very expensive. Medivet within our limited budget and brilliant service .thank you all

Staff are lovely and truly care about your pets. Super helpful and the aftercare is great. You can ring them up and they will give you advice over the phone.

Very happy with the care my dog received today. She reacted badly to the anaesthetic she needed before her spay. She was looked after well until she was well enough to be collected, and I was not charged a penny. I felt she was in safe hands, who genuinely wanted to do a good job and this was not not solely a money making business.

I have used Earl Hall vets for many years, they are professional very helpfull you can have an informative discussion about your pets treatment. I cannot fault this veterinary practice.

Vets that care. So much nicer then other vets in the area. For my dog and rabbit. Never had any problems.
