Over a few months period, I had consistently worsening headaches which culminated in an 8 hour A&E trip consisting of a CT scan and a lifetime diagnosis of requiring consistent medicine and spinal taps (I am 25). Luckily, I visited Arif before commencing with this ridiculous and risky treatment, who was able to immediately solve all headache and neck complaints with his treatments! I would highly recommend Arif, Paz, Mehmet, Sarah and the rest of the team!

The whole team is amazing! I was very apprehensive about taking my baby to a chiropractor but was immediately welcomed and felt as ease. Our chiropractor is incredible, he is kind, patient and has a wealth of knowledge. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I have been attending the Cliffs Chiropractor clinic for over 20 years. They provide an excellent service. Arif and his staff are fantastic. There is always a warm welcome awaiting. I would truly recommend them.

THE OPTIMUM SPINE CENTRE REVIEWS

Highly recommend. I started weekly sessions a few months prior to lockdown initially, as I had severe pain in the middle of my back that wouldn't go away and general lower back pain and real tightness around my shoulders and neck. After the first session the severe pain went almost straight away. Moving on to fortnightly sessions to continue to correct my posture and relieve the tightness. Andy has helped me massively to regain better movement and relieve the stress and tension in my muscles. All the staff are amazing, love the reception staff they are so kind and always smiling and Andy is really professional and thorough and explains everything in detail. I have just returned to continue to maintain treatment and covid procedures are extremely well set up. Thanks to all the staff.

Very welcoming and friendly receptionists. The chiropractor is also with friendly and after examination we have a clear plan set out and a time frame too getting me out of pain. The chiropractor is also very informative and talks you through what he is doing during the sessions which is very helpful, especially if like me its your first time and you don't know what to except. They make you feel very comfortable .

The best chiropractor Andy , a real specialist, from the first two sessions there was a result! For many years I had pain in the lower back, neck, stiffness and dizziness, fortunately not anymore. I am glad to have you ... The ladies at the reception are always smiling and friendly.Thank you.

From the moment I 'walked' in I felt reassured that I was going to be cared for and the desperation of my scenario left me. ALL the staff put me at ease and being able to be seen and x-rayed the same day was amazing. Both Tina and Ellena have worked miracles and I don't want to think about what I would have done otherwise. As I go through my treatment plan I'm not looking forward to saying goodbye and will probably keep going as a preventative measure

They fixed my back pain and siatica in about 2months! Been living with it for years! Very welcoming everyone is freindly and they remember you're name and welcome you every time you walk in the door. Would highly recommend to anyone with back pain !
